James Cracknell, MSc System Practitioner | Chief Reinvention Officer

James is experienced in financial management, working with the for-profit and third sectors. A constant learner with an open mindset and a creative innovator, he serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the University of Essex. James has personally gone through many career changes and brings that expertise to the design of the Academy. A systems thinker focused on business model innovation and a natural networker, he is also an experienced facilitator and educator.

Adam Roxby | Director of Communication

Adam is a self-taught technology and communications expert with over 15 years’ experience in content creation, using podcasts and video to promote a narrative across different communities. His career was focused on healthcare as a fully qualified nurse, and now he combines this with community work to develop his counselling programme. His strength lies in bringing technologies to life in a human-centred way, which we have all appreciated and enjoyed through his outstanding work on the Interwoven Podcast.

Sandrine Perrin-Singleton | Director of Community Wellbeing

Sandrine has joined The Weave to build a regional wellbeing hub for founders and business owners, aimed at combating founder burnout. A former educationalist and now a qualified Sophrologist, she leads a team of practitioners and coaches dedicated to providing sustainable, solution-focused practices. Her unique approach to founder wellbeing underpins The Weave’s founder-first principle. Her sessions and programs focus on stress, sleep, and anxiety management.

With a strong focus on community building, Magdalena lives an entrepreneurial life in full colour. With years of experience in the marketing field, she has decided to become her own boss nearly a decade ago and has never looked back. She helps student entrepreneurs to start and develop their own businesses, and works closely with James on programme design and facilitation
